Dear Students and Families,
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the new school year at St. Ambrose. Please join me in welcoming the new staff and students to our school community. We have had several school improvements over the past year including the BrightLinks, new windows, and a new sign out front.
Our board vision speaks of schools as being the heart of the community, success for each and a place for all. During the short time that I have spent here, I certainly believe that vision applies to our school. A safe and caring environment will help our school work toward that vision. To that end, I would also encourage families to continue to review the school mission: Kind Words! Hands Off! Show Respect!
I encourage parents to become involved in their child’s education.
This is a tremendous factor in determining student achievement. We look forward to partnering with you and encourage you to communicate with the staff at the school to help each child develop to their full potential.
Our community certainly includes St. Ambrose Church and we are fortunate to have that partnership. The staff and I encourage you to become part of our community by attending liturgies, assemblies, celebrations or volunteering in the school or becoming a member of school council.
Enjoy the school year!
Yours in Christ,
